BY TRAIN

The city of Cannes is well served by TGV, Corail and express trains, linking it to all regions of France and all major European cities. The TGV station is located in the city center, less than 7 minutes’ walk from the Palais des Festivals.

By plane

Nice airport

Located 27 km from Nice Côte d’Azur airport, Cannes can be reached in less than 30 minutes.

Nice Côte d’Azur airport (France’s second-largest airport), a major gateway to Southern Europe, serves 114 destinations with direct flights, and welcomes nearly 50 airlines.

BUS SHUTTLE

To and from Nice Airport, the shuttle bus (line 81) runs from the airport (Terminal 2) every 30mn. The trip by the motorway takes 45mn and drops you to Cannes downtown next to the train station (a few steps from all the major hotels and Palais des Festivals).

– Bus 80 Nice-Monaco-Menton line: www.niceairportxpress.com / Open Payment: present your bank card at the validator on board the bus to buy your ticket.
– Bus 81 :Nice-Cannes line: t-zoukeolis.fr receive your ticket by SMS and present it to the driver.

TRAIN

The new train station « St Augustin » is now located opposite Terminal 1.

To and from Nice Airport the SNCF TER trains run every 15/20mn and takes you to Cannes downtown in 25 to 30mn.

Tickets can be taken on line https://www.ter.sncf.com/sud-provence-alpes-cote-d-azur or to the automatic machines at the train station.

From Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, the tramway takes you for free to the St Augustin station (walking is 10mn from terminal 1)

TAXIS AND PRIVATE SERVICES

Taxis stations are located in each Terminals and taxis take you to Cannes by the motorway. Some private services (VTC, Min vans, Mini bus, coaches) can also be organised with our partner to take you or your clients to Cannes. Please contact us for more informations and contacts.

Cannes Mandelieu airport

Cannes-Mandelieu airport is used for general aviation, tourism and business. The economic and tourist vitality of the region has positioned Cannes-Mandelieu as the second most important business aviation airport after Paris-Le Bourget.

Situated 15 minutes from downtown Cannes and the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes, the airport is the ideal link between the city and major European metropolises.

By the freeway

Cannes is well connected to major European cities.

The town is linked by the A8 “La Provençale “freeway (exit N°41 Cannes La Bocca or exit N°42 Mougins/Cannes (center).

By the sea

There are 5 harbors in Cannes, including 2 in the city center.

At the end of the old Cannes harbor jetty, between the 2 lighthouses, a platform houses the helipad.

This station is designed for on-demand public transport by helicopter.
